Hearne & Associates, P.C. specializes in audits of state and local governmental
entities. The governmental entities we have experience with include
Municipalities, Townships, Libraries, Parks, Fire Protection Districts, Sanitary
Districts, and other special districts.

          with the Single Audit Act – A-133)

and audit issues. We have assisted local government entities through the GASB 34
financial requirements so that those entities were in full compliance with this
standard. We are your resource in understanding and implementing the relevant
GASB standards since GASB 34. We will also keep you informed of the relevant
auditing standards that will affect your organization.

Our approach to the issuance of new audit and accounting standards is to work
with our clients. We do this by first informing them of the requirements and then we
work together to adopt a solution based on the individual situation for that client.
