RebeccaHeintz

Rebecca graduated from Governors State University in December of 1992 with a degree in Accounting.
After passing the November 1993 CPA exam, Rebecca became a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Rebecca joined Hearne & Associates in December 2000. Prior work experience includes 19 years of
part-time employment with McGreal and Associates in Oak Lawn, IL. Rebecca started working at
McGreal as a secretary. She soon realized how much she enjoyed the accounting environment and
enrolled in college part-time. Over the next several year, Rebecca raised her children and pursued her
accounting degree. At McGreal and Associates, Rebecca worked in the accounting and auditing
department. Her primary clientelle were personal service corporation, such as doctors and dentists.
She compiled financial statements and prepared individual and corporate tax returns.

In 1998, Rebecca joined a small firm in Orland Park, IL as a full-time staff accountant, in the accounting
and auditing department. She was responsible for preparing compiled and reviewed financial
statements for a wide variety of entities, including construction contractors and hotels. Rebecca also
assisted on several audits of non-for-profit agencies. She also prepared tax returns for individuals,
corporations and non-for-profit agencies.

Rebecca has a wide variety of experience in public accounting. She can assist client on several levels,
with setting up a corporation to preparing financial statements and tax returns. Rebecca has worked
with closely-held corporations and their shareholders on accounting and tax planning issues. She has
auditing experience, which includes non-for-profit agencies to employee benefit plans.
